Welcome! I am a life coach and Certified Professional Midwife(CPM). I help people have babies at home here in Columbus and coach people virtually all over. I’m a huge believer in meeting folks where they are and supporting them during some of the biggest life transitions. All types of birth are supported here. I have attended over 250 births and have many, many hundreds of hours in coaching. I am passionate about supporting folks through all transitions in their lives. Some of that support is during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Other times it is life transitions such as separation, divorce, rediscovery of self after parenting young children or reentry into the work force.
Community was important in healing and building me up as a mother during my early parenting years and community is what drives me today.
